Where are the puppies from?
All puppies come from licensed, ethical local breeders or reputable rescue organizations. We prioritize the health and socialization of the animals above all else.
What should I bring to a session?
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic attire and bringing a water bottle. We provide sanitized yoga mats, though you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Can I adopt one of the puppies?
Many of our sessions feature puppies from rescues that are available for adoption. Information on the application process is provided at the end of each class.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Are the sessions safe for beginners?
Absolutely! Our yoga instructors lead gentle, beginner-friendly flows designed to accommodate all skill levels while allowing plenty of time for puppy interaction.
Is there an age requirement for participants?
Participants must be at least 12 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session.
